SMS / Mobile Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you submit an inquiry through a form that includes an SMS consent checkbox and you affirmatively check that box, you consent to receive automated text messages from the agent you contacted (powered by Octo). Your mobile phone number and SMS consent status are used exclusively to deliver the Octo service and are never shared, sold, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing with subcontracted service providers (such as Twilio for message delivery) is strictly limited to what is required to deliver the service. These providers are bound by contractual data processing terms.

Message frequency varies based on your responses, typically 4-8 messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly at faris@withocto.co to opt out.

We maintain records of SMS consent for compliance purposes. Each opt-in record includes the phone number, timestamp, source form URL, consent text version shown, and IP address.
