By using withOcto services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

withOcto provides AI-powered lead response agent services on a month-to-month subscription basis following a one-time setup engagement. Services are delivered as described during the onboarding process.

Payment

A one-time setup fee of $1,200 is required before build commencement. Monthly subscriptions of $300 are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

withOcto’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior billing period. We do not guarantee specific lead conversion outcomes.
